Shipping/Delivery Time & Pricing
Unless shipping promotion offered during purchase period, our standard shipping flat rate in the US is $2.99. For shipping promotions with purchase minimums, subtotal is calculated before sales tax, and after coupons. Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days from order receipt. *Business days are M-F, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders ship within 2-5 business days via USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your package is shipped. It may take 24-36 hours for USPS to update their system with tracking information. *Beach Biscuit is not responsible for incorrect provided addresses, packages lost in mail, or unclaimed packages
If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, you will be given a free shipping option at checkout, identified with “Free Shipping”. If you select a shipping method other than Free, shipping charges will apply and will not guarantee faster delivery.

How do we ship?
First Class Mail or 2-3 Day Priority (this is chosen at our discretion to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner). We do not require a signature for delivery.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

PLEASE MEASURE YOU PET PRIOR TO ORDERING to ensure your are purchasing the most suitable product for your pet’s size and requirements. Length and width information is provided on each of our products. If you need assistance in choosing a size, please contact us and we’ll be glad to help. *As noted on the products, our 1″ width collars are not suitable for small dogs. Our heavy duty nylon and hardware are heavier than most small dogs can handle.
Beach Biscuit products are not suitable for tie-outs and are not to be used for this purpose.
The nylon, hardware and construction of our products is about as tough as you can get. But as we note on each product, decorative ribbon and fabric can be sensitive to biting, chewing, nail scratching, rubbing, or other harsh use. Materials my fray or fade under those conditions, and such is not considered a product defect or normal wear.
By placing an order with Beach Biscuit, you accept responsibility for the use of our products. Beach Biscuit cannot be held responsible for any injury or damages resulting from the use of our products. Please use good judgment and common sense in determining appropriate use for any of our products.
If you purchased a collar or leash directly from beachbiscuit.com and would like to return it within 14 days, we will gladly issue you a refund for the item, minus $2.95 restocking fee per item. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition. *Harnesses, Treats, holiday themed items, and exchanged items may not be returned. To initiate a return, please contact us using our Contact page, or email email@example.com, to receive authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not guarantee a refund.

Return shipping costs for the exchange are at the customer’s expense.
